Depending on the Tiny.ie plan you choose, your free trial will include all features listed for the specific plan. For instance, if you choose to start your free trial with the Pro plan, you will have access to all the features included in the Pro plan for 14 days free.
After the 14-day free trial, the credit card information entered during the sign up will be automatically charged for the plan selected. For instance, if you signed up for the Starter Monthly plan, you will be charged $19 USD and then another $19 USD for subsequent months.
We asked for your credit card information upon sign up to ensure there is no interference with your link performance and tracking after the 14-day free trial. However, please rest assured that your credit card will not be charged during the 14-day free trial.
During the 14-day free trial, you may switch to a different Tiny.ie plan. However, switching plans does not restart your 14-day trial period.
You may upgrade your Tiny.ie plan anytime and it will take effect immediately. However, if you are downgrading your Tiny.ie, it will take effect at the next billing cycle. For instance, if you are currently on the Tiny.ie Pro monthly plan and you want to switch it to the Tiny.ie Starter Plan, it will not take effect until the next month when you are billed.
Yes, you may cancel your Tiny.ie subscription at anytime you wish. You will still have access to your Tiny.ie account until the next billing cycle. For instance, if you cancel your yearly subscription plan, your subscription will not be renewed for the next year. You will still have access to Tiny.ie until the end of your billing cycle.
If you do not want to continue using Tiny.ie after the 14-day free trial, you will have to cancel your Tiny.ie subscription before the 14-day trial period ends. To cancel your subscription, log into your Tiny.ie account, go to Account, and click on the “Cancel Subscription” link. Alternatively, please reach out to support@tiny.ie.

If you have reached the maximum link clicks per month limit for your selected plan, any additional link clicks will not be tracked. You will have to upgrade your plan to allow for more link clicks or wait till the next month when your count resets.
