Tiny.ie is a subscription-based software. You are free to cancel your Tiny.ie subscription at any time inside your account. Simply just log into your Tiny.ie account, click on "Billing", and click on the "Cancel Your Subscription" link under the "Your Tiny.ie subscription" section of the page. Depending on the subscription plan you have enrolled into, when you cancel your Tiny.ie subscription, you will still have access to Tiny.ie through to the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription fee will not be prorated and there will not be any refunds or partial refunds for your Tiny.ie membership.
Your Tiny.ie membership may start with a 14-day free trial. Once your free trial period is over, we will automatically bill your monthly or yearly subscription depending on what you have chosen with the credit card on file. If you cancel your subscription before your trial period ends, you will not be billed and you will no longer have access to any features of your Tiny.ie account.
If you decide to cancel your monthly Tiny.ie membership, you will not be billed in the subsequent months. If you are cancelling prior to the end of your monthly billing cycle, you will still have access to Tiny.ie until the end of your current month's billing cycle. There is no grace period to cancel your monthly membership and there is no refund or partial refund of your current month subscription.
If you are enrolled to the yearly subscription plan for Tiny.ie, there is a 3-day cancellation policy for you to receive a full refund after 3-days of purchase (including weekends), if you decide that Tiny.ie is not right for you. Simply email us at support@tiny.ie and we will gladly process the refund back to your original payment method. After the 3-days, there will be no refunds granted. If you decide to cancel your yearly Tiny.ie membership after the 3-day cancellation period, you will not be billed in the following year. If you are cancelling prior to the end of your yearly billing cycle, you will still have access to Tiny until the end of your current year's billing cycle.
IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION: It may take up to 7 business days for your refund to be credited back to your account.
It would be very helpful to us if you'd also tell us why you're requesting a refund. This is NOT required, and we won't use this information to try and "sell" you something else. But we do take feedback seriously, and it really does help us make better products and improve our sales process. We want every customer to be satisfied.
Whilst we work hard to ensure your truncated URL is available, we do not guarantee that it will be available at all, at any time. You waive URL.ie, it's authors, providers, hosts and upstream providers of all liability arising from the use, or misuse, of this service, and of any failure in providing this service.
We Reserve the Right to delete: We reserve the right to block, or delete, your truncated URL at any time, without prior notice, or justification. Our decision is final.
tiny.ie reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these Terms of Service, or change, suspend, or discontinue the Services (including without limitation, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time by posting a notice or by sending you notice through the Services or by e-mail.
It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Service periodically for changes. Your use of the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account, and for keeping your Account secure. You are not permitted to use another Account without permission. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or other unauthorized use of your Account. You should never publish, distribute or post login information for your Account.
